We specialize in our custom jewelry process and permanent jewelry, as well as featuring a wide range of jewelry, from contemporary or modernist pieces to vintage and estate treasures, as well as jewelry made right here in Savannah, GA. Currently showcasing work by multiple regional artists and small businesses, SJG continues to grow! RETURN POLICY
If you decide that your purchase is not right for you, we offer a 14 day return window with exception to diamond, artisan made and custom jewelry. Savannah Jewelry Gallery will refund 96% of the amount paid to the original payment method that the products were purchased with, due to processing fees. We are happy to accept exchanges for store-credit for up to 21 days, after which all sales become final. To be eligible for return or exchange, the product must be unworn and in the same condition as it was when it was purchased (including its original, undamaged packaging). We reserve the right to refuse a refund on a product that does not comply with these standards. Please contact us before you send your product back, so we can assure it arrives safely.
WARRANTY POLICY
Savannah Jewelry Gallery offers ring resizing or platings repair services only. We can not guarantee the condition of any products once they have been purchased. Any products damaged after purchase are not eligible for return, but please reach out to navigate any damaged components on a case by case basis with our jewelers.
